Black is the most performance-focused construction. The focus is on maximizing the performance capabilities of Thunderbolt technology for the aggressive riding demanded by competition and for smooth, vertical movement in large waves.
Its construction features a laminate of 6oz carbon fiber combined with 2oz fiberglass. With the lightness and suppleness of carbon fiber, the Black is incredibly light and has flex and responsiveness throughout the board. From hard ripping in big waves, roundhouse cutbacks on full rails, to tube riding, you’ll be able to maneuver at will.
